崗位職責：
EHS Management  EHS管理
1.	Be responsible to follow EHS policies, EHS procedures and BASF “Responsible Care” codes of the BIG site in related technical work field to ensure compliance and safety during work execution. 負責在相關技術工作領域遵循BIG的EHS政策、EHS程序和巴斯夫“責任關懷”規范，確保工作執行過程中的合規性和安全性。
2.	Report unsafe conduct and conditions, accidents/ incidents, near misses and unsafe situation and to the respective management level in an open and pro-active manner.以公開和主動的方式向相應的管理層報告不安全行為和狀況、事故/事件、未遂事件和不安全情況。
3.	Support all EHS activities to ensure safe work environment to employees and contractors (e.g. use of proper and suitable PPE and tools, provide workplace in compliance with all EHS standards). 支持所有EHS活動，確保員工和承包商的安全工作環境(例如，使用正確合適的PPE和工具，提供符合所有EHS標準的工作場所)

Inspection Management & TAR Support  檢驗管理和大修支持
1.	Technical support to BIG plant TAR preparation and execution of the TAR scope and coordinate, support and supervise execution of overall inspection and testing plan together with legal authorities and coordinate TAR resources for technical support with related plant operation teams (e.g. Maintenance, Operation, Asset Management). 為BIG裝置大修的準備和執行提供技術支持，與法律機構協調、支持和監督整體檢驗和試驗計劃的執行，并與相關工廠運營團隊(如維護、運營、資產管理)協調TAR資源以提供技術支持。
2.	Execute daily inspection, eg. annually pressure vessel external inspection, pressure piping external inspection, LDAR test and record, flange labeling management etc. 執行日常檢查。壓力容器外部年檢、壓力管道外部年檢、LDAR試驗及記錄、法蘭標識管理等
3.	Execute and manage TM data collection, timely report significant deterioration. 執行和管理TM數據收集，及時報告嚴重的設備缺陷。
4.	Execution of pressure safety valves (PSV) calibration and management of related overhaul activities (such as repairs) for all kinds of PSV to comply with legal regulations (e.g. TSG) and/ or with BASF safety and reliability standards and BASF RisQ concepts. 執行各種壓力安全閥(PSV)的調校和相關大修活動(如維修)的管理，以符合法律法規(如特種設備管理規范)和/或巴斯夫安全和可靠性標準和巴斯夫RisQ概念
5.	Analyze, review, and verify inspection findings and results, issue inspection reports and communicate verbally and in writing to other internal functional divisions in clear, structured and effective manner for their further actions. 分析、審查和驗證檢驗發現和結果，發布檢查報告，并以清晰、結構化和有效的方式與其他內部職能部門進行口頭和書面溝通，以便他們進一步采取行動
6.	Support maintenance of BIG site inspection management system (site inspection management database and documentation/ storage system) which includes all relevant information such as RisQ and RBI concepts, inspection and test records, project and OEM files. 支持維BIG現場檢驗管理系統(現場檢查管理數據庫和文檔/存儲系統)，包括所有相關信息，如RisQ和RBI概念，檢驗和試驗記錄，項目和OEM文件
7.	Support legal inspections for new procured chemical equipment (pressure equipment, piping and safety appurtenances (e.g. valves) before installation and/or commissioning. 支持新采購的化工設備(壓力設備，管道和安全設備(如閥門)在安裝和/或調試前的法定檢驗。
8.	Support maintenance of inspection tools, to ensure inspection tools are in good condition and ready to use. 支持檢驗工具的維護，確保檢驗工具處于良好狀態并隨時可用。


任職要求：
1、Diploma degree in mechanical, chemical, materials engineering, welding or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or higher will be an advantage. 機械、化工、材料工程、焊接或相關專業?？埔陨蠈W歷。本科及以上學歷優先。
2、Minimum 5 years work experience in chemical industry e.g. in the field of Maintenance, Operation, Asset Management, Technical Site Service or TAR experience will be an advantage. 有化工行業的工作經驗，如維修、操作、資產管理、技術現場服務或大修經驗者優先。
3、Basic knowledge of different non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and their application基本地了解不同的無損檢測方法及其應用
4、Basic knowledge of Chinese and local inspection related standards, codes, and safety regulation for chemical equipment (e.g., TSG, GB) 具備中國及當地檢驗相關標準、規范和化工設備安全法規(例如特種設備管理規范、國標)的基本知識
5、Knowledge in inspection of petrochemical/ chemical equipment and its methods about investigation tools and techniques like RBI will be an advantage. 具備石化/化工設備的檢驗知識和方法，熟悉調查工具、了解例如RBI技術的將優先考慮。
6、Knowledge of Chinese and international engineering and codes and standards (e.g. GB, TSG, AWS, ASME, ASTM, API, or EN) will be an advantage. 熟悉中國和國際工程規范和標準(如GB, TSG, AWS, ASME, ASTM, API或EN)將優先考慮
7、Knowledge and experience in inspection and fabrication process of fabricated equipment (e.g. pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns) will be an advantage. 具備制造設備(如壓力容器、熱交換器、塔)的檢驗和制造工藝知識和經驗者優先
8、Knowledge of corrosion and anti-corrosion measures and experience in corrosion engineering in/for the chemical industry will be an advantage. 了解腐蝕和防腐蝕措施，有化工行業腐蝕工程經驗者優先。
9、Basic skills of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . 基本掌握Microsoft Office辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。
10、Basic skills of spoken & written technical English. 具備基本的技術英語聽說寫能力
