Coordination & Communication
? Arrange meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; prepare and distribute meeting minutes. ? Disseminate contract documents and correspondence to relevant parties. ? Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project Documents. Compliance & Quality Assurance
? Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements. ? Monitor document workflows to avoid delays or errors, and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
Support & Reporting
? Assist managers in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. ? Generate document status reports and maintain records for future reference.
Job Holder Requirement
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Management). 2 Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
3 Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex).
4 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 5 Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. 6 Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience 1 3+ years of experience in document control, project administration, or related roles. 2 Familiarity with project lifecycle documentation from engineering, procurement, construction, to commissioning and handover.
