Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields 2 Fluent English for cross-cultural coordination with global teams; proficiency in Mandarin preferred for local stakeholder engagement
3 Advanced Excel and financial modeling ability. 4 Excellent reporting and presentation skills. 5 Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset. 6 Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
Experience
1 8+ years in administrative management, including 5+ years in EPC projects for offshore oil & gas 2 Proven track record in managing logistics for projects valued >$100M USD, with expertise in remote site mobilization
