Job Description:
?Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
?Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
?Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial Invoice, packing List).
?Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
?Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.
?Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)

Requirements:
?Proven experience in import logistics and cross-border operations.
?Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
?Familiarity with local project contracts and regulatory compliance.
?college graduated or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
?Proficiency in Chinese & English (written and spoken) is essential.
?1-2 years of logistics/supply chain experience.
?Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
?Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
