Purpose / Role of the job: 
61	Coordinate internal and external customer inquiries and reporting requirements regarding health, safety, environmental, security and quality matters.
61	Proactively develops and deploys SHE programs to reduce work-related injuries and illnesses and ensure environmental compliance.
61	Developing and implementing organizational safety programs.
61	According to the INEOS Styrolution SHE standards, policies conduct relevant work.

What you will do: 

Production / Maintenance Safety:
61	Identify and assess critical/major potential risks and high risks activities;
61	Review and assessment of crisis management procedures and update if needed.
61	Development of accident management system in accordance with group requirements.
61	Be responsible of analysis and investigation of accidents and make a report to GM.
61	Keep on improving SHE management system to control all risks to prevention of accident and incident.
61	Catch up with government requirements and follow up including Environment Protection Bureau, Safety Production Supervise Bureau and
61	Occupational Health Supervise Bureau.
61	Participating in PHA(HAZOPs) at site as per procedure.
61	Tracking action items from HAZOP to closure.
Emergency response and Crisis Management: 
61	Setting up the emergency response scenarios and crisis management procedure; Continue to improve implementation of emergency response case and crisis management procedure.
61	Review all SHE manual and procedure document periodically and update it accordingly.
ISO14001 and INEOS Styrolution Safety Management System: 
61	Be responsible for the management of ISO14001 and ISRS; implement & maintain the system appropriately.
61	Be appointed as SHE Coordinator for INEOS LSR/20 Principles /IGGNs system and mainly responsible for the overall management of the setup, implementation, and maintenance of the SHE management system.
61	Approve ISO and ISRS documentations and monitor the implementation of related procedures.
61	Arrange the analysis of process safety; arrange related audit; approve KPI for process safety and arrange monthly analysis on the KPIs.
61	Be responsible for process safety including setting up safety topics and share with colleagues. 
SHE Budget & Reports: 
61	Prepare SHE annually fixed costs budgets and CAPEX budgets
61	Be in charge of quality report; SHE monthly report, 
Government Relationship:
61	Maintain good relationship with governments; renew and obtain permits or certifications in time;
61	Be in charge of related government audits.

Suppliers & Contractor:
61	Involve in PPE supplier selections and valuations.
61	Inspect and monitor the safety on site including contractors and total staff. 
Team management:
61	Encourage the teamwork spirit; build up an effective and efficient team;
61	Coach the subordinates, approve training needs and arrange related training to team members;
Required profile:
61	University Degree or above, majored in Chemical, Safety Engineering or related.
61	At least 10 years of working experiences in related fields, with experience in team management.
61	Excellent communication skills (English & Chinese), initiative to identify and solve problems, work independently and with team spirit, think creatively in handling problems & be able to work under pressure.
61	Excellent management skill, willing to grow with the group, committed to results, able to motivate and drive sub-ordinates
