Job Title: Lead HAVC Engineer 
職位：主管暖通與空調系統工程師

Location：Based in Shanghai, traveling/relocation to project site according project needs. 
工作地點：公司注冊上海，需要根據項目需要出差或駐項目現場。

Description職位描述：
?Responsible for overall HVAC system calculation and design according to project and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke and process exhaust systems. 
據項目需求、業主技術規范和國家相關規范要求負責項目各階段的HVAC系統設計計算和圖紙設計工作，包括但不限空調系統、防排煙系統和工藝排氣系統等。 
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface. 
主導和協調項目專業間界面提交及工作界面劃分等。 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval. 
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數和樣本審核和批準等工作。 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination. 
協調項目施工、調試、進度、質量和安全工作。 

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant 
供熱通風與空調工程或相關專業本科或以上學歷
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company.
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年工作經驗。 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 
有半導體/制藥行業相關項目經驗者優先。 
?English working capability is preferred. 
英文工作能力者優先。
?Familiar with CAD application. 
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件。
