About Your Roles:
?Ensuring all actives following laws and regulations and company HSE&S regulations.
?Supervising process operations and analyse process data to make continue improvements by modifications.
?Monitoring and controlling process parameters, recipes and programs, and ensuring process safety and quality.
?Providing direct technical support for production, developing/updating SOPs and assisting production team to train operators.
?Teamwork with maintenance, HSE and operation team to have regular PHR.
?Supervising and optimizing plant operations.
?Driving ethylene oxide process safety in normal condition and maintenance period.
