崗位職責：
?	Monitoring of the highly automated material flow within filling operations.
監控自動化包裝系統作業中的自動物料流。
?	Responsible for the daily recheck of filling system before shift operation.
班次作業前對包裝系統進行例行檢查。
?	Check bagging materials and replace in time, including film, bag, empty pallet.
檢查包裝材料并及時進行補充，包含袋子，套膜以及空托盤等。
?	Execution of remaining manual tasks and semi-automatic takes in automatic filling system areas (e.g. Jumbo bag filling, bulk filling etc.).
在包裝作業區域區域，執行必要的人工作業以及半自動化作業（如囤袋包裝，槽車包裝等）。
?	Necessary stop automatic equipment and stop related working in case of disruptions or unplanned incidents. Report to shift lead and maintenance team as soon.
在發生工作中斷或意外事件時，及時反饋情況給班組長以及維修部門，進行必要的安全停止操作并停止相關作業。
?	Usage and controlling of mobile IT-systems for the support of work and process control (e.g. visualities technology like displays, ePapers and augmented reality for digital shop floor management).
操控IT移動設備，以支持自動化作業流程管控（如用于數字化車間管理的顯示器、電子單據和增強現實等可視化技術）。
?	Support shift lead for communication and interaction with external interfaces like forwarders and internal interfaces like planners and PE plant operators.
協助班組長進行與內、外部接口（如PE生產車間、計劃員）的溝通和互動。
?	Monitoring and manage the external suppiler operation, for example empty pallet supplier.
監督并管理外部供應商的安全操作，例如空托盤供應商等。
?	Execution of Non-daily processes: unqualify bag handle, filled bag product recheck, label ordering, disposal process, cancellation process.
執行非日常工作：異常包裝處理、包裹抽檢、標簽管理、報廢流程、撤銷任務等。
?	Active contribution to problem solving, incident handling, continuous improvement process and innovations.
積極對問題解決、事件處理、持續改善項目和創新做出貢獻。
?	Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
積極對EHS目標作出貢獻，遵守質量、安全、健康和環境相關協議。
?	Support training to new colleagues regarding safety, WI and 5S, ensure employees understand and follow BASF standard. 
主動支持對班組內新進及在崗員工的安全、操作規程及5S進行培訓，確保員工了解并遵守各項規章制度及操作規程。
?	Have muti-skills to cover different positions, including warehouse operation and filling operation. 
具備多技能，能勝任不同的工作崗位，包括倉庫操作以及包裝系統操作。
?	Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, no limit within current shift. 
完成上級領導交辦的其他任務，不局限于本班次內作業。


任職要求：
?	Minimum 2years’ work experiences as warehouse operator in comparable filling system.
具備2年及以上的包裝線操作工作經驗。
?	Forklift license required. Experience or wish of learning SAP, MES.
持有有效叉車操作證。具備SAP， MES經驗，或者有學習SAP，MES的意愿。
?	Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability in an automated environment as well as technical specifications and standards.
可靠獨立：在自動化環境下，保證現場物流操作符合EHS、質量、成本和可靠性，以及技術規范和標準的要求。
?	Problem solving: The employee requires professional problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
問題解決：具備專業的問題解決能力，以便在發生事故和意外事件時能夠及時采取行動。
?	Communication: Communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like forwarders and planners.
溝通交流：具備與內、外部接口（如承運商、計劃員）溝通的能力。
?	Technologies in the field of work: Possess basic learning ability, good learning willingness, and strong execution ability. 
專業技術：具備基本的學習能力和較好的學習意愿，及較強的執行力。
Equipment spot inspection: Possess basic equipment spot inspection skills.

?	IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems.
